Parameters

account	Account	Account
startDate	string (optional)	Query start date (YYYYMMDD). When omitted, the server default range is used
endDate	string (optional)	Query end date (YYYYMMDD)
stockNo	string (optional)	Stock symbol. When omitted, all symbols are queried

Result

isSuccess	bool	Whether the request succeeded
data	List[TransferRecord]	List of transfer records; an empty list when no records exist
message	string	Error message when isSuccess is false
